1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the "B2B Simplified" application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
B2B Simplified provides a wholesale ordering interface for Shopify stores. We facilitate the creation of "Draft Orders" within your Shopify Admin. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, payment processing, or inventory management of these orders.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2B Simplified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of the Service.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed via the official Shopify Billing API in accordance with your chosen plan (Free, Basic B2B, or Advanced B2B). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel or change your plan at any time directly within the app without penalty.
